The 1250 F1 autoindex is a CNC punching machine developed by SIMASV. The unit has a heavy-duty C-structure, built from particular electro-welded and stabilized steel.

Its dimensions are calculated on CAD with FEA systems, suitably shaped to resist loads of off-sets and punching stresses. The unit has C-Axis (INDEX) with 360° rotation of all punches and dies through reduction gear units, and oil-lubricated worm screws with good precision and zero backlash.

This system ensures high mechanical durability of positioning, without movements or rotation in whatever process is being performed. It also assures a good alignment of punch and die with all types of materials and thickness. It has an large monolithic punching head, which is firmly plated onto the rigid C-structure of the machine.
