Disc Flow forming Machines:

The REPKON RDM Series is supplied for the production of Truck Wheel Discs with very high production capacities. The RDM Series incorporates a Top Loading system with an Ejector that unloads the part from under the Machine Bed, allowing for extremely low cycle times. The REPKON RDM Seis the best solution for the production of optimized wheel discs and rims because of its technological advantages and its production capacity of up to 140 discs per hour. The RDM Series cover a diameter range of 15'' to 25'', a width range between 6,5'' and 28'' and a wall-thickness of the pre-form up to 20 mm.
