The hand-operated laboratory presses are designed in a stable column-bottom piston design.
The oil tank contains the required oil quantity and is piped to the hydraulic pump.
The hand-operated hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic oil into the
pressure line with every stroke of the hand lever and thereby closes the press until the press force builds up.
After the pressing process has been completed, the press is opened by lowering the pressure in the hydraulic system via the shut-off valve
. The hydraulic oil flows back into the oil tank.
The press cylinder generates the desired pressing force.
The press bear Working from bottom to top, is guided with bronze bushings on the pillars.
The bushes are lubricated centrally or directly via pressure lubrication heads.
The cold press plates are ground plane-parallel and can be removed
(e.g. to replace hot plates).
The crosshead is adjusted by adjusting the nuts on the columns.
This setting option also allows the press plates to be precisely aligned with one another.
The operating pressure is indicated by a pressure measuring device NG 63. The connection voltage for machines with heating device is 230/400 V 50 Hz.
