The motor-driven laboratory presses are designed in a stable 4-column vacuum construction.
The hydraulic power pack is integrated into the substructure of the machine. The hydraulic pumps work in energy-saving shutdown mode. The hydraulic control is designed in block design.
In the control cabinet all the necessary electrical components are housed. All operating elements required to operate the press are clearly arranged on the front of the control cabinet. The human-machine interface forms the centrally arranged control panel.
The press cylinder generates the desired pressing force.
The press bear Working from bottom to top, is guided with bronze bushings on the pillars.
The two-hand safety buttons are used to safely close and open the press.
The column guides are lubricated centrally from a pressure lubrication head .
The cold press plates can be removed (e.g. for replacement with heating plates) and are ground plane-parallel.
The crosshead is adjusted by adjusting the nuts on the columns. This setting option also allows the press plates to be precisely aligned with one another.
The control panelis used to enter the setpoints and display the actual values, to create and manage the press programs and to edit the machine parameters.
The operating pressure is indicated by a pressure gauge NG 63.
The connection voltage of the machine is 230/400 V 50 Hz.
