Brescia is the historical production headquarters of the machine tool company Innse Berardi which is also the head office of the Machine Tool Division of the Camozzi Group. The product range for the energy, marine, earth moving, general mechanics, primary metals sector, Railway and Navy, are diverse as a result of the integration of the two Innse Berardi companies. In 2003 Ingersoll Inc. was acquired by the CAMOZZI group which has further strengthened the machine tool division.
