JS36 Straight Side Two Points Press

JS36 series straight side two points press is equipped with a dry type clutch and brake. The welded steel plate framework with cross beam, column and the base are tightened and combined into one body by taut bolts. Herringbone gear transmission low down the noise and working impact. Slide guide adopts eight-side orthogonal guide rail or 45 degree inclined four-side guide rail. The press can be equipped with movable table to increase the working efficiency. JS36 press is applicable to large type of heavy tonnage die tooling with multiple precision stages in blanking, piercing, bending, forming for single or progressive application. It is widely used in auto parts production. The tonnage range from is from 250 ton to 1000 ton.
