1. Spindle consists of boring spindle and milling spindle; spindle bearings are of high speed, good rigidity and high accuracy; constant-temperature oil is provided to control bearing temperature and keep accuracy.
2. Guideways of X, Y, Z axes are compound guideways (sliding guideways with plastic inserts combined with rolling guideway) with low friction, good wear resistance, high clamping capacity.
3. X axis is drive by two motors to eliminate backlash and ensure high accuracy. Y, Z, W axes adopt AC servo motor and after high precision deceleration mechanism.
4. A servo balancing mechanism is provided to eliminate the deflection and centre-of-gravity shift of ram, which can automatically compensate the headstock shift and ensure good machining precision.
5. A cooler is provided to control oil temperature of the hydraulic system.
6. Guideways are lubricated by NC intermittent pump. PDI sends oil to each lubrication point.
