Líneas de alimentación con sistemas integrados de soldadura de puntas y colas de las bobinas que se procesan, para el aprovechamiento al 100% de estas.
Permite además, en líneas de perfilado y en bobinas que pasan por largos trenes de limpieza o baños, la realización del procesado en continuo sin paradas de dichas líneas.
Bobinas hasta 20 Ton y 1.800mm de diámetro con chapas de 1 a 8mm de espesor y ancho hasta 2.000 mm, producción llega hasta 60 golpes por minuto de prensa, en troqueles progresivos.
Estas líneas esta provistas de sistemas de soldadura sin aportación de material, para evitar daños en los troqueles o perfiladoras.
