Hard labor was replaced and cycle time was reduces dramatically. Mr. Ken Huang the president of Axisco. During the time Axisco was just started, he assembly the machine with engineers in the morning and visiting customer in the afternoon. In the evening he was doing research and development until midnight. He also sees education and training very important. Beside the managing the business he also become a professor of university in Taichung city. Axisco had supplied machine to more than 30 countries.
