The following option is over $20,000 new:
* Model CLWS-3-STD, Closed Loop Water Conservation System, System is designed
to provide DI water for final rinse of components and then recycle that water
for continuous reuse. The CLWS will reduce water usage for the cleaning
system by 90% while providing spot free rinse of parts being cleaned. System
returns water from final rinse tank to on board gravity fed heated reservoir.
Just rent the carbon and mixed bed bottles and this unit reprocesses at a 3-5
gpm rate the final rinse water. So instead of flowing 60 gallons of water down
the drain the CLWS saves 90% so the system is only dumping 6-10 gallons down
the sewer an hour.
