Value-optimized quality chips
The chipping heads of the Autochipper are equipped with the special Keyknife interchangeable knives. As a by-product of the machining process, quality chips with a low proportion of fine chips are created. The otherwise common smoothing circular saws, which ensure a clean cutting surface, can also be replaced here by chipping knives, which, however, do not produce sawdust, but produce chips. In this respect, in addition to the main goods, the wood chip portion of the machining process is also optimized in value. The conventional smoothing circular saws can also be used as an option.

Setting the default dimensions from trunk to trunk
The digital-hydraulic positioning units built into each chipper head and the double-shaft circular saw allow the default dimensions to be set independently, precisely and quickly. In this way, the useful time can be optimized - even if it has to be adjusted from trunk to trunk. This is particularly important when processing unsorted wood.
