With the HGF 310 , we have developed a resin pocket patching machine that perfectly repairs damaged areas in wooden workpieces, regardless of whether it is resin pockets, cracks or damaged edges. The entire work sequence from milling out the damaged area to pressing in the lamello minispot shuttle (flick) takes place in just one clamping.

First, the workpiece is placed on the machine table. After the start impulse with a foot switch, the workpiece is clamped onto the machine table by lowering the unit. At the same time, it is checked whether there is a Lamello minispot flick in the press-in station. If there is no patch, a patch is first picked up by the patch gripper and made available in the press-in station for further processing.
