Trident High-Yield Models are equipped with multiple (2-4) process chambers. Each process chamber is completely autonomous from the other. Each process chamber is controlled from its own dedicated control system equipped, each equipped with a graphic user touchscreen interface.

With Trident High-Yield Models, it's possible to operate one chamber with one chemical additive and the other chamber with another, and at different chemical percentages. Trident High-Yield Models are suitable when higher throughput expectations are required and when there is a requirement to have a spare process chamber "at the ready". Trident High-Yield Models are also suitable in high mix contract manufacturer environments where process chambers may be dedicated to specific customers.
