Volumec ® is a young reality with a strong Italian character whose priority is to create machines and systems with articulated arms that can improve the productivity of our customers. To meet its production needs in the field of mechanical processing, Volumec ® produces the first articulated arm machine and immediately receives feedback on the product's potential, thus starting a research and development department and then producing and marketing tapping machines. Even during the 2009 industrial economic recession, Volumec ® has an exponential growth and invests in the development of new products including DRILLTRONIC, the only articulated arm drilling / tapping system equipped with an assisted control system (VAPS) which obtains the worldwide market interest due to its flexibility and ease of use. Then the complete range of JOYTAP electric tappers was born, which immediately won customers' approval for its performance and the quality of every single component used. To meet the new requirements in the field of production and safety, a range of articulated arms and manipulators called EASYARM is produced, "zero gravity" systems capable of balancing various types of tools, increasing operator sensitivity and significantly reducing fatigue . The range of ROVER and EAM manipulators, on the other hand, allows lifting and moving weights up to 50 kg with a unique and effective system even where work spaces are reduced. The quality of the materials used, the reliability of the applied solutions have allowed Volumec ® to develop user-friendly products suitable for use in various fields including robotics, mechanics, carpentry, aeronautics, automotive, mold construction, bodywork, and all assembly and handling operations.
