Our KS Series two station floor model shuttle type RF sealing machines are ideal for low to medium volume or JIT production. These units can achieve speeds of up to 8 cycles per minute using one or two operators. These high-quality, budget friendly RF sealing machines are ideal for start-up operations, cellular manufacturing or back-up equipment. The KS Series are designed to accept packages that have been assembled off-line to be loaded and unloaded by hand. The sealing cycle is automatic. Packages may be sealed and trimmed (tear seal) or sealed only depending on the tooling style purchased.

The company was founded in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1970 under the name of Visualpak, Ltd. The company primarily produced blister sealing machinery. In 1984 Visualpak, Ltd. merged with Thermoforming S.p.A. of Milano, Italy and was renamed Visual Thermoforming Ltd. The product line was expanded to include Skin Packaging Machinery, Die Cutting machines and Thermoformers. In 1997 the name was changed to Visual Packaging Systems, Inc. to better reflect the range of products being manufactured. In 2004 assets and rights of Visual were acquired by Visual Packaging Group Inc. Visual's sister company Visual Packaging Group LLC took over the production and sales in the USA.
