Applications:
SPTM series Metallurgical Measuring Tool-Maker Microscope is specially for LCD conducting particle color filter mobile phone screen, FPD module semiconductor wafers, FPC, PCB, IC, CD package, image sensor CCD, CMOS PDA.
Features:
◆Illumination: It adopts 12V 50W high-brightness halogen lamp reflect illumination and 10W LED contour illumination unit.
◆Objective: RENI company’s Plan Achromatic Objectives with over-length working distance, which largely improves the image effect and work-piece operating space.
◆Polarized Light: There is adjustable polarizer and polarizing unit inside of machine.
◆Focusing: Auto Z axis by Motor. Special coarse focusing electric lifting unit improves largely measuring efficiency, fine focusing unit is with minimum division: 2μm..
◆Stage: Large travel 8〞stage is equipped with RENI company’s 0.5um high-accurate linear scales and precise guides, which ensures a stable accuracy after a long-term use.
◆Measuring Software: Functional RX-J metallurgical measuring software can quickly deal with large number of measurement data.
