In order to be adapted into production of solid wood furniture embossed plate, Qingong CNC have specially designed a series of high efficiency embossment CNC routers like hanging, stand-alone and pneumatic multi-head small embossment CNC routers. Number of heads for hanging multi-heads CNC routers (spindle number) is selected based on product's cutting size. Given the drive power and overall rigidity and stability, if 3kw or above spindle is adopted, number of spindles should be reduced. Hanging multi-head embossment CNC router is an economic embossment CNC router, equipped with typical 800w or 1.5kw spindle, is extremely stable at normal cutting speed, with however relatively a bit poorer flexibility compared to heads of stand-alone multi-head embossment CNC router.

9. X Y Z high quality Taiwan Hiwin imported Linear guide has much longer life 10 times of life-time than round guide; It is stable and hard to distort.

11. Software system is compatible with CAD / CAM design software such as TYPE3, Artcam, carved JD, Wentai carving, UG, MasterCAM, PowerMill and so on.
