The MDF is designed to melt magnesium alloys
and keep them warm, enabling a safe
and precise dosing of the molten metal into
the cold chamber die-casting machine.
The MDF is produced as a crucible furnace
with three heating racks. Our established
furnace technology ensures the highest level
of performance. The even distribution of the
heating across the entire crucible minimizes
thermal pressure on individual areas. The
crucible, insulation and heating mechanisms
are therefore subject to reduced strain, increasing
operational lifespan. The dosing occurs
through a mechanical pump and a pivotal
dosing channel. Surface level fluctuations in
the bath as a result of the loading process are
compensated by the dosing system, ensuring
exact dosage.
