The D53K series axial/radial CNC ring rolling machine adopts CNC technology, is available for synchronous rolling of ring both in axial direction and radial direction, will carry out rolling automatically just only after entering the specifications (e.g. size of ring, ring blank and roller, as well as material trademark, etc.), and displays ring size and machine state on CRT. The D52 series radial CNC ring rolling machine adopts PLC control technology. End face of ring will not be rolled. During rolling, an open roller or closed roller will be used and size of ring will be displayed on digital display instrument. The ring rolling machine is ideal equipment for machining of seamless ring forgings, such as bearing collar, gear ring, wheel band slewing ring, flange and high-temperature alloy ring to be used on aircrafts.
