With this machine, round and flat wires can be stripped from enamelled wire in the range of 0.2 to 6 mm. There is an option to convert to different brush diameters.
The distances between the brushes can be adjusted continuously with the help of a knurled screw. A key switch can be used to change the direction of rotation of the upper motor, so that both round and flat wires can be stripped. With the same direction of rotation of the brushes, there is no tension on the wire and profiles can also be stripped. Since the machine works without a gearbox and without any gear ratios, it is very quiet with only 62 dB (A) idling noise.
Brushes with different diameters and bristle thicknesses for different wire diameters are available.
