Designed for small metal part deburring and finishing; the 1200 Series Belt, Disc, or Belt+Disc can handle a wide array of metal deburring requirements. When equipped with an abrasive belt followed by a rotary disc, the abrasive belt will remove vertical burrs and the disc removes sharp lateral burrs, while gently rounding the edges of the part being processed. Thousands of these simple and economical models are being used to deburr and finish small metal parts. A small footprint and a minimum power requirement allows this model to easily be placed where the need is greatest. Simple operation and controls require only minutes of training for an operator to effectively produce finished metal parts.
