For our branch patching machines of the Alomat series, we offer a complete program for improving the quality of wood. Instead of patching up inferior wood with so-called transverse wood disks, as is usually the case, the additional ASE branch setting device allows you to use natural knot dowels as a patch. The piece of wood processed in this way is almost invisible after the patching process - and inferior wood has become valuable wood.

With the Alomat models in combination with our branch setting device, transverse wood discs and the prefabricated natural branch dowels are automatically inserted. Either transverse wood disks or natural branch dowels can be used with the machines without any change. To do this, the operator only presses the associated foot switch.

Our resin bile patching station HGF , also available for all types of the Alomat series, mills the resin bile out of the workpiece. Then glue is injected and one of the Lamello minispot boats, which are bunkered as bulk goods in a spiral conveyor, is automatically fed to the press-in station via a separating device. Then the boat is pressed into the place of the milled out resin bile - all in a cycle time of approx. 3 seconds!
