HCA series are high precise and reliable spring coilers with touch LCD screen. The HCA are power by 6 highly accurate servo motor. Servos are control by graphic user interface computer. Operating and set-up of the machine is quick and seamless. Left or right rotary can be easily selected. Only the coiling tools are manually exchanged for left or right coil. Two servo coiling slides for most demanding spring outer diameter need. Multi-pitch spring via programmable vertical and horizontal pitch system.

Multi-Cut system with programmable travel speed. Multi-cutting system of straight cut, flying cut, swing cut and torsion cut are available on HCA-26T, HCA-50T & HCA-80T. Multi-cutting system of straight cut, swing cut and torsion cut are available on HCA-120T & HCA-160T.

HCA length gauge & 3 ways sorter system: HCA has in build length gauge software and with the optional non-contact sensor from Lion with 3 ways sorter. HCA has a complete length gauge function with affordable price.
