XRF Sales, Service and Support - experienced service division provides on-site support of XRF analyzers including re-certification, evaluation, repair, and training. In-house standards laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and provides re-certification and manufacturing of certified reference materials.

The sales division is pleased to be an authorized distributor of Hitachi High-Tech systems, which includes analyzers dedicated to precise coating thickness measurements (basic applications and ultra-thin film), wafer fab quality control, and RoHS testing among other applications.
