    L’affilatrice e bisellatrice CK 500 è molto versatile, per un’operatività con tempi di piazzamento molto ridotti, per l’affilatura di coltelli in acciaio al carbonio, inossidabile, HSS ed in metallo duro integrale.
    Lavorazione con lubrorefrigerante emulsione o olio intero.
    La programmazione della macchina è estremamente semplice, tramite panel PC con display touch screen, ed interfaccia operatore con menu guidato, per l’inserimento dei parametri di lavorazione e l’operatività della lavorazione.
    L’affilatrice CK 500 è in grado di affilare lotti di coltelli con bisello unilaterale ad uno stesso diametro, controcoltelli ad uno stesso spessore, coltelli con bisello bilaterale e tagliente centrato con il corpo coltello, anche ad uno stesso diametro se necessario.
    Il sistema di controllo visualizza sul display l’assorbimento di corrente del motore mandrino mola, il tempo restante al termine del ciclo automatico, ed il tempo impiegato per la lavorazione.
    L’affilatrice CK 500 può essere equipaggiata con programma di teleassistenza, se richiesto.
