1. HIB10 adopts hydraulic transmission to achieve stepless speed control and is equipped with overload protector.
2. Main transmission adopts single oil cylinder with rod port and drives the broaching tool with main slide carriage connected to the piston rod.
3. Auxiliary slide carriage moves aling the tailstock guideway during the travle of of broaching tool, which possess full-travle convoy function.
4. Due to big weight and long overhanging of broaching tool, HIB10 is equipped with adjustabe support broaching tool. The tailstock is installed with mechanisms to support full-travle convoy and return of broaching tool.
5. The machine is equipped with high pressure coolant and punching devices. Coolant liquid jet is set in the front and rear side of workpiece to achieve the purpose of lubricating, cooling and punching.
6. With independant electrical cabinet, it is conveniet to maintain.
7. HIB10 Horizontal Internal Broaching Machine has automatic cycle, semiautomatic cycle and segmented cycle.
