Our Alomat AL 200 branch patching machine enables the efficient patching of branches, resin pockets and vertebrae and thus the refinement of inferior wood, which can then be used in better quality. Two patching stations are available on this machine for this purpose - the technology of our electro-pneumatically controlled branch patching machines in duplicate, which has been tried and tested a thousand times over.

The workpiece clamping is achieved with the AL 200 by adjusting the height of the workpiece support table. By clamping the workpiece on its upper side against the clamping claws, a flush patching process is always ensured, since the reference surface always remains the same and independent of the height tolerances of the patch. The height compensation between edgewise and flat edged workpieces takes place automatically in a range of 60 mm. The electro-pneumatic sequence control also guarantees an automatic workflow with the greatest possible precision. Workpieces up to 140 mm high can be clamped and patched out.
