Neway CNC is full owned company by neway International Group , head office is from TEXAS USA . we have 15 factories in different countries , the CNC machine plant locates at SUZHOU CHINA near by Shanghai . Neway CNC is belong to Neway international Group Inc which is in Houston Texas ,USA who have total 3500 staffs. The company is certified with ISO and CE certification for full production line. For Neway CNC we have more than 700 staffs，include 140 high level engineers and 200,000 square meter plants. Neway products include CNC turning center, CNC machining center, Portal,floor and gantry type milling and boring machines. From Beginning to now, there are more than 6000 sets Neway machines be used on market. This year beginning till now, Neway had produced 1,700 sets CNC machines, For Neway CNC we are real machine maker. ForMachine body castings, process machining,assembling and quality control, all finished in Neway plants. For example, machine body castings are made by Neway foundry plant, Neway have four foundry plants in China,total production value is more than 60,000tons castings per year.
For machine process machining, Neway import high advanced process equipments from Germany-Strarragheckert, Spain-ZAYER, Italy-Favretto, and Swiss SIP and Kellenberger. For assembling, 40 percent our assembling workers have more than 15 years experience .For quality control, we also import high advanced inspection and testing devices from Germany-Mahr, Britain Renishaw, Germany-Schenck-, For machine components,we choose world wide famous brand,just like NSK,SKF,INA bearings,HINWIN,PMI.THK,KORTA,ball screw and linear rails,ROYAL,POSA,WLY,SPINTECH spindle,GIFU,DETA,SY tool magazine,R+W couplings and so on .
