The HN series Profile Sander is designed for sanding of mouldings and other lineal parts with the combination of profile belts, vibrating blocks and flexible finger abrasives. Profile belt units are used on flat and mildly curved parts of the moulding whereas vibrating blocks are used for more detailed profiles when cutter marks are pronounced and need to be removed. Flexible finger abrasives will perform the finish sanding and de-nibbing. Vibrating blocks are easily profiled off of the moulding to be sanded.
