The UP6 H.E.A.T. Wire EDM is designed for Ultra Precision machining, and is capable of achieving work piece positional accuracies of 1 micron (0.00004”) over its entire travel. This level of precision in unheard of in a large stoke machine, which enables the UP6 H.E.A.T. to deliver some very unique and game-changing capabilities. The UP6 H.E.A.T. machine is ideally suited to produce large progressive die stamping plates and fine blanking dies, or other ultra-precision part applications.
