As a complement to CT-6000 the larger variant CT-12000 is available. One of the reasons for a second model is the linear scale of 250 mm in the Y-axis. Especially for step drill more than 50 mm in length or similar geometries, the model is ideal.
The recording prism is rotatable mounted on the base plate by 240 °. Equipped with rear stop drill or similar types may be included reproducible. The prism is open at the rear and can be easily positioned and clamped with thumbscrew. A in the height and depth adjustable, rear stop facilitates positioning considerably.

The raster zoom system in the 12000 series is mounted as in the system CT-6000 on a cross table and equipped with a 50 mm Mitutoyo Digimatic gauge for the Z axis. Both measuring systems are read by means of an interface in the measurement software KITEC MAX. The pixel resolution in the highest zoom level with conversion lens 0.5x is 2 microns. Without conversion lens gives a complete second zoom range of a minimum pixel resolution of far gives sub-micron. A trapezoidal screw with hand wheel allows for an easy method of the entire optical unit on the precision guide. The length measuring system is integrated into the guide unit.

The adjustable mounting plate, which receives the steel prism included, is perfect for more tool holders. An optional adapter plate for Rollomatic Concentricity Pro or HSK adapters holder is available. The plate is very suitable for your own special design.

The LED cold light source with a 10 ° ring light and diffuser guarantees an excellent image quality. For a process-reliable measuring sequence of CT-12000 is available as an option with a motorized zoom system. The zoom levels are no longer manually but selected by the data acquisition software.
