The test rig is used to determine the break resistance of constant velocity drive shafts. Two opposite parallel shaft transmissions are connected by the test specimen and a slave shaft. In this load circuit system the torque is introduced by a speed modulation gearbox. The length of the slave shaft is adjustable according to the length of the drive shaft.
