The RMZ Four Shaft Shredders are low speed, high torque, four shaft industrial shredders. The RMZ Four Shaft Shredders have a 22" x 18" to 39”x27“ cutting chamber capable of processing a wide range of materials. A perforated screen under the cutting knives determines the chip sizing. All units are powered by two electric motors delivering optimum production with the most efficient power utilization.
ARTECH engineers will custom design cutting knife profiles and shredder specifications to meet your specific requirements. Shredder control panels have optional PLC and touch screen operator interface to control shredder speed and functions as well as logging all system activity. Custom designed stands and hoppers can be manufactured to meet site specific or application requirements.
