FELLOWS 20-4 FOUR AXIS CNC (FANUC) SHAPER This is a 100% remanufactured 20-4. Both upper and lower worms and wheels will be inspected, replaced if necessary and adjusted for proper back-lash and bearing pattern. Cutter spindle bushing will be refit to factory specifications. All bearings, seals and belts will be replaced with new components that meet or exceed factory specifications. Relay electronics will be upgraded to a state of the art Fanuc four axis controller with color display. The hydraulic infeed system will be replaced with a ball screw and AC servo motor. The hydraulic and lube system will be combined into a single compact unit integral with the machine. Work table ways will be re-ground and the table hand scraped for proper bearing patterns All parts will be inspected and replaced when necessary Machine will be striped, cleaned, body filled and painted This FELLOWS 20-4 will be capable of performing with in the original manufactures precision parameters when the machine was delivered new.
