The winders of the TFW range make it possible to wind 30 paralell wires. A precision layer development makes best results of inserting possible. In combination with Elmotec Statomat patented inserting system a fill factor maximum can be reached. The twist free winders of elmotec statomat can also create layer connections with connecting ends. This makes the process more convenient.

With its patented winding technology the WWM can wind distributed or non-distributed coils (also known as split phase and non-split phase winding). The waves are formed directly during the winding process which saves space and guarantees an optimal winding result. Winding of parallel wires is done with our twist-free system which improves insertion quality and ensures maximum slot-fill-factors.
