CSM series are high precise and reliable spring forming machine at affordable cost. CSM offers standard 3 axes mechanism with option of servo spinner and EA station. CSM has two control method, master slave mode or CNC mode. The high speed design cam driven system for extend use. Servo control rotary quill offer versatile use of machine without direction limitation on the quill. Teach mode is use to manually create a draft program of spring via MPG. The CNC can be control from +/- 0.01 degree to 359.99 degree. Every instruction can program at different speed which greatly increase production output. Significantly reduce turn over time of the machine.

Full set of cams and tool holders are supply with every machine. Optional EA 2nd hook forming station is for high speed production of extension spring.
