The Alomat AL 310L-A is the latest further development of our branch patching machines , which have been tried and tested more than 1000 times.

This machine can be used to mend one after the other without having to move either with natural branch dowels or with transverse wooden discs. The transverse wooden discs are made from a strip during each patching process; the natural branch anchors are fed from a bulk material bunker.

Its speed and precision are so far unmatched - with 66% less energy than its predecessor, you can now work almost twice as fast: a cycle time of just 2.2 seconds speaks for itself!

The Alomat AL 310L-A works with workpiece clamping by lowering the unit. The advantage of this method: The height of the workpiece support table is not changed; the table height always remains constant, regardless of the workpiece height! Even long workpieces can be processed without problems and without additional effort. The workpiece is always at the same working height on the fixed support table. The clamping stroke as well as the workpiece height compensation are carried out from above by lowering the drilling and milling unit together with the glue injection device and the feed cylinders during one work cycle. The natural branch dowels are fed from a container with each work cycle, in which approx. 1000 pieces of the size Ø25 x 8 can be bunkered.

Workpieces up to 170 mm high can be clamped and patched out. The height difference between the edgewise and flat edged timber can be up to 60 mm; the height compensation takes place automatically.
