Recondition Explanation: Complete Clutch/Brake Recondition Includes all new Seals Packings, bearings throughout All New Liner assemblies ordered from BCN; installed All New Springs Complete Recondition of counterbalance assemblies; All new seals, packings and guide bushings Lightly honed barrels and polished piston and rod Reassembled and tested for proper operation Slide Assembly Machined bottom of slide to parallel Remachined bottom connection arm and installed all new wrist pin bushings and wrist pins. Properly fit to Adjustment Screw. Checked Adjustment screw and adjustment nut to insure proper fit. Cleaned out inside of slide and reassembled components Replaced Wear liners with all New Micarta Liners Machined all (4) Gibbs assemblies Machined top and bottom of bolster plate Checked main eccentric gears and condition was good replaced Main and Upper Connection bushings with New Bronze material Tested all Lubrication and Air System to insure in proper working order
