NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY ASSETS OF INTERIOR COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS, INC. UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE

PLEASE TAKE NOTCIE THAT on May 7, 2024, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, LCF Group, Inc. ("Secured Party") as secured creditor of Interior Commercial Installations, Inc. ("Interior Commercial Installations"), CJ Installations Inc. (CJ Installations Inc.), Euro Surfacing LLC ( Euro Surfacing LLC), Euro Surfaces (Euro Surfaces), and Jens Jensen (Jens Jensen) will hold a public foreclosure sale under Section 9-610 of the Uniform Commercial Code of all of the personal property collateral pledged to Secured Party, including, without limitation, machinery and equipment, inventory, and all other personal property assets, other than any collateral specifically excluded by Secured Party in its discretion. The equipment is located at 1539 Custer Ave., San Francisco, California, 94124. The collateral consists of equipment used in the manufacture of countertop materials in both residential and commercial settings.

The auction will be conducted by Machinery Network Auctions, Inc. The sale shall be conducted through the auctioneer's online platform only, Bidspotter, which can be accessed via the auctioneer's website, which is https://machinerynetwork.com/. The sale will be held on a "where is, as is" basis, without any representations and warranties, express or implied. There is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, access or the like in this disposition.

Secured Party reserves the right to establish other reasonable bidding procedures in regard to potential bidders demonstrating their ability to perform and close to the reasonable satisfaction of Secured Party. Secured Party reserves the right to offer a single lot consisting of al personal property collateral or to designate sublots. Secured Party reserves the right to submit an opening credit bid. Secured Party reserves the right to increase any credit bid amount and reserves al other rights with respect to the timing and conduct of the sale. Secured Party also reserves the right to adjoum, continue or cancel the public sale without further notice. All successful bidders are responsible for the expeditious removal of the equipment they purchased, at purchaser's expense, on or before May 24, 2024.

With the consent of the parties who hold valid purchase money security interests, who loaned funds to Interior Commercial Installations, and/or CJ Installations Inc., Euro Surfacing LLC, Euro Surfaces, Jen Jensen, the Secured Party will sell all of Interior Commercial Installations, and/or CJ Installations Inc., Euro Surfacing LLC, Euro Surfaces, Jen Jensen, right, title and interest in the collateral which is security for the obligations due on the purchase money security interests, which funds shall be remitted to the parties who hold purchase money security interests in the amount they approve, up to the amount due the parties who hold valid purchase money security interests. If the holder of a valid purchase money security interest does not consent to have its collateral included in the sale, then that collateral will be excluded from the sale.
